Terms of Service

01The service

POP eSIM provides Estonian +372 numbers delivered online as eSIMs, with mobile data, voice calls and SMS. The mobile network and numbers are provided by a licensed Estonian carrier, and we handle activation, delivery, account management, billing and customer support. The service runs on the mobile networks available where you use it. Available features, rates and coverage are as described on the purchase page and the Rates & coverage page, and actual performance also depends on local network conditions.

Your number balance is used to buy data plans and to pay for calls, SMS and mobile data used outside a data plan. The countries and regions, data allowance and validity of each data plan are as described on the purchase page.

02Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. Please check compatibility against the purchase notes before buying.
• If an order shows signs of payment fraud or involves sanctions requirements, we may ask you for additional information to verify it. The order will be on hold until verification is complete.

03Account security

• This site uses a unified account sign-in. Please keep your account secure and do not share it with others.
• Installation details, PIN and PUK are shown only after you sign in. Please do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice that someone else is using your account or number, contact us as soon as possible. We will help freeze the number to minimize any loss.

04Purchase and delivery

• Once payment is complete, a number is assigned automatically. When assignment is complete, the QR code and activation code are available in your account.
• Delivery is complete once the QR code and activation code are issued to your account. Installation details cannot be revoked or recovered after delivery, so refunds are limited to the cases set out in the Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Order status is based on the records of this site and the payment provider.

05Numbers provided by partners

• You may also receive a number through one of our partners. The partner sends you a claim link, and once you sign in and confirm the claim, you can use and manage the number in your account.
• The number is provided and managed by the partner. The purchase, price and refund of the number itself are governed by your arrangement with the partner. As the provider of the number, the partner can view its balance, data plans, usage, call and SMS records and voicemail.
• The partner may change who can manage the number, including removing it from your account. Once it is removed, you can no longer view or manage the number on this site.
• Any top-ups and data plans you buy for this number on this site are handled under these Terms and the Refund Policy.
• Apart from the above, use of the number is subject to the rest of these Terms.

06Rates and balance

• Number prices and balance are in euros (€). The currency and exchange rate actually charged are as shown at checkout.
• There is no monthly fee. Incoming SMS is free in every country and region with SMS service. Charges for calls, outgoing SMS and mobile data used outside a data plan are deducted from your balance at the prices published on the Rates & coverage page.
• A data plan must be used within its coverage, data allowance and validity period. Once it is used up or expires, charges for mobile data are deducted from your balance at the prices published on the Rates & coverage page.
• Your balance does not expire while the number is valid. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Rates and coverage may change with network and roaming arrangements, and any changes will be published on the Rates & coverage page. Data plans you have already purchased are not affected by later price changes.

07Acceptable use

You must use your number lawfully. The following are not permitted:

• Sending spam or harassing messages, or using the number for any unlawful purpose.
• Reselling the number commercially without our consent, for example through SMS verification services or bulk registrations.
• Interfering with mobile networks or the normal operation of this site.
• Any other activity that breaks the law where you use the number.

If we suspect a violation, we will contact you first to understand the situation. In serious cases such as mass spam or unlawful activity, or when a carrier requires it, we may freeze the number first and notify you afterwards. If it turns out to be a mistake, we will restore service promptly.

08Number validity

A number is valid for 365 days from its most recent use. Any call, SMS, data session or top-up during that period resets validity to a full 365 days. If the number is not used before validity ends, it expires and cannot be recovered.

You can check the last-used date and the validity end date on the number management page at any time. What counts as valid use is determined by the carrier's records.

09Service limitations

Mobile service is affected by a number of external factors. Please note the following before use:

• Signal, speed and availability depend on local network coverage, roaming arrangements and your device.
• Due to sanctions, war or regulation, the service is not available in some countries and regions. See the purchase notes and the Rates & coverage page for the full list.
• Some countries and regions have shut down their 2G and 3G networks. Calls cannot be made or received there, while SMS and mobile data are unaffected. The Rates & coverage page marks where this applies.
• Banks, social apps and other third-party platforms decide for themselves whether to send verification codes to +372 numbers. We cannot guarantee delivery of codes from every platform.
• Maintenance or faults may cause brief service interruptions. We will help restore service as quickly as possible.

10Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the service at any time. Amounts already paid are handled under the Refund Policy.
• Apart from number expiry, a full refund of the order and the situations described below, we will only suspend or terminate your service if you breach the acceptable use rules above, the law or a carrier's requirements, and we will explain the reason in advance wherever possible.
• If service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control, such as carrier changes, regulatory requirements or force majeure, we will make every effort to notify you and offer an alternative. If the service cannot continue, the Refund Policy applies.

11Limitation of liability

• We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted in every region at all times.
• We are not liable for losses caused by local network faults, third-party platform rules or force majeure, such as account issues resulting from a verification code not being received.
• Except where the law provides otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to refunding the relevant fees for that order under the Refund Policy, and we accept no further liability for any other loss or damage.
• Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights you have under local law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

12Affiliate program

The affiliate program is open only to users we invite and enable. Affiliates refer new users through their personal referral link and earn commission at the rates shown on their Affiliate Program page. Commission rates, the holding period, the minimum payout and other rules are as described there.

• Describe the service accurately. Do not present yourself as POP eSIM, and do not promise features or discounts we do not offer.
• Do not send promotional messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, such as spam texts, bulk email or unsolicited direct messages.
• Do not bid on POP eSIM or similar names as keywords in search ads.
• Do not earn commission through fake accounts or accounts you register yourself.
• Commission is calculated in euros. For non-euro payout methods, we convert at the exchange rate on the payout date. We cover the sending fees; any fees charged by your receiving bank or provider are yours to bear. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your commission.
• If we find a breach of these rules, we may cancel the related commission, claw back commission already credited, and disable your affiliate account. Once disabled, your link stops working and no new commission is earned; any balance unrelated to the breach can still be paid out.
• We may change the affiliate rules or end the program. Commission credited before a change is not affected.

13Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

14Changes to these terms

When these terms, the Refund Policy or the Support Policy are revised, we will update the relevant page and its effective date. For revisions that materially and adversely affect you, we will give prominent notice on the site at least 15 days in advance. Revisions made for external reasons, such as changes in law, regulatory requirements or changes by the carrier, take effect when published. Continued use of the service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revisions. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service before the revision takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
