[email protected]Your phone needs to support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. Support varies by regional model, so please confirm that you can add an eSIM in your phone settings before buying.
After payment, open the install page in My account, connect to Wi-Fi, add an eSIM in your phone settings and scan the QR code. We recommend installing before you travel. To switch phones or reinstall, get online first, delete the eSIM on the old phone, then scan the original QR code on the new one. Each QR code can be used up to 10 times.
First make sure data roaming is on, and that your data plan covers the country you are in and is still valid. If you still cannot get online, set the APN to internet and leave the username and password blank. You can also check your number's status under "Diagnostics" on the number management page.
You pay once when you buy the number, and there is no monthly fee. Data plans are bought as needed, and calls and outgoing SMS are billed by usage; see Rates & coverage for per-destination pricing. Your number is valid for 365 days from its most recent use, and validity resets each time it is used. If the number is not used before validity ends, it expires and cannot be recovered.
We can't guarantee it. Banks, social platforms and other third-party services decide for themselves whether to accept a +372 number and send codes, based on region, number type and their own policies. Check the platform's phone number policy before you buy.
Numbers are delivered instantly after payment, and the QR code and activation code cannot be canceled once issued. After delivery, refunds are available only in the cases set out in the Refund Policy, for example if you did not receive a number, the number does not match your order, or it does not work in a supported region after troubleshooting.
